High Energy Plume Impingement on Spacecraft Systems: Transcript
AFOSR Telecon Jarred Alexander Young December 10 2012 Current Status Filament power supply has been repaired and returned Beam Testing can continue Research methods of incorporating data filtering with measurements through . The spacecraft SC carries a wide variety of scient ific instruments and provides an ex traordinary opportunity to study the lunar landscape at resolutions and over time scal es never achieved before The spacecraft systems are designed to enable achi PT Intervention Strategies. Overview. Anatomy. What is impingement?. Affect on hockey players/goalies. Normal Anatomy. The shoulder has a lot of soft tissue within a small amount of space. Also a very mobile joint with lots of movement. These 2 components increase the changes of ‘pinching’ during movement. Thermal balance and control.. Introduction [See F&S, Chapter 11]. We will look at how a spacecraft gets heated. How it might dissipate/generate heat. The reasons why you want a temperature stable environment within the spacecraft.. of wild-land fires . to atmospheric composition. M.Prank. 1. , . J. Hakkarainen. 1. , T. Ermakova. 2. ,. . Landmass of 103,000km. 2. Iceland . formed on a pre-existing spreading ridge which formed the Atlantic during and after the breakup of Pangaea. . Iceland itself only formed in the last 25Ma or so.. Normal Anatomy. The shoulder has a lot of soft tissue within a small amount of space. Also a very mobile joint with lots of movement. These 2 components increase the changes of ‘pinching’ during movement. Boundary Layer Seminar. Supervised by Dr. . Moghimi. Student: Arad . Azizi. Cooling a surface with an impinging liquid jet is an attractive technique because of its high efficiency and unsophisticated hardware . Policy Analysis . Regional Planning . The improved spatial, temporal and spectral attributes of the ABI allow for monitors plumes associated with rockets and other hotspots. . Instead of needing to show 3 or 4-panels with separate spectral bands, these RGBs combine information on the plumes from several key spectral bands: 3.9 micrometer or the “fire band”, the upper-level water vapor band (8), and a visible or “near-visible” band. ABI band 2 is used during the day, while the 7.3 micrometer (water vapor) band at night. .
