4. Depends on the degree of the loss in the low frequency and the high frequency region. What size vent should be used?3
5. If a custom receiver or earmold is not used when auditorily required, then the loss of auditory stimulated can result. If the auditory cortex is not sufficiently stimulated that the cognitive scores can continue to deteriorate. What happens if a custom receiver is not used with severe losses?4
6. Primarily Feedback. Some practioners will say that this is normal. NO IT'S NOT. Additionally, the insufficient effect of the hearing aid and producing the amount of amplification necessary. What are some of the negative effects of not using an ear mold when required?5
