VP programs Completed Programs Veteran’s Day Parade, Patriots and Pie (Nov 11th) was a success Reflections Program Current Programs Planning for Winter Before/After School Programs Currently Underway • Upcoming Programs – Hour of Code (Dec 7th) – Book Fair (Week of Dec 2-9th) – Family Night Dinner (Dec 7th)

VP fundraising Complete Restaurant Night Squisitos , new and near Giant. November 10. $300 • Box Top Collections Classroom Winner! Annual Appeal Classroom Winner – Ms. Aliff (extra recess) Upcoming Online Shopping Upgrades. Reading Fundraiser, March 2017.

Treasurer Review Current Budget Paid teacher training, classroom grants, teacher luncheon,

Membership and spirit wear Membership update as of 10/16/16: 209 members 67 additional members

VOLUNTEER NEEDs Library Helpers – the library needs are help. If you could volunteer 1 hour a week during the day to help re-stock books! Volunteer Coordinator – Reaches out to PTA members to volunteer for various events and efforts. • Technology Events – Help with Hour of Code (Dec. 7), Contact Lee Ellis about supporting tech for students! • Book Fair Cashiers and Floor Crew – Cashiers and floor helpers the week of Dec. 5-9 daytime and Dec. 7 evening. A Sign Up Genius list will be out early November.
