Technical informations MOGUL HM ISO VG 10, 22, 32, 46, 68, 100 HYDRAULIC OILS FOR HEAVILY LOADED HYDROSTATIC SYSTEMS Describtion: MOGUL HM are the high quality hydraulic oils. The base, highly refined oils used in this product are produced by means of a special They also contain additives that enhance low-temperature properties and viscosity-temperature dependence. Application: These oils are designed especially for heavily loaded high pressure hydrostatic systems equip-ped with hydro-generators that impo They also can be used in mobile hydraulic sys-tems working in all-season mode in non-protected enviroment, for luricating of loaded circulation systems, gear-type transmissions etc. Another application of this hydraulic oils is „oil mist“ lubricating. The typical applications MOGUL HM 10 – special hydraulic oils designed for systems operated in extremely low temperature conditions MOGUL HM 22 – systems operated in very low temperature conditions ( especially winter ope-rations) MOGUL HM 32 – systéme operated in low tem-perature conditions (especially winter, also all season MOGUL HM 46 – systéme operated in regular conditions (all seasons operations) MOGUL HM 68 - systems operated in high temperature conditions (mainly summer perations) o MOGUL HM 100 - systems operated in extre-mely high temperature conditions, special appli- Classification, specification: ISO 6743/4 HM DIN 51 502 H DIN 51 524 part II HLP DIN 51 517part III CLP Voith – hydrodynamic couplings and industrial retarders (HM 32 a HM 46) Characteristic properties: premium lubrication properties excelent anti-corrosion properties excelent anti-oxidation properties guaran-tees long-term exchange intervals does not have any corrosive effects on elas-tomers (high aniline points ) very good air-separation and de-emulsifying properties excelent hydrolitic stability minimum foamability very good thermal-viscosity excellent shearing stress resistance premium filterability PARAMO, a.s., Perovská 560, 530 06 Pardubice tel.: +420 466 810 111, fax: +420 466 810 328 http: www.paramo.cz , e-mail: paramo@paramo.cz Technical informations Physical and chemical properties Value Parameter Unit HM 10 HM 22 HM 32 Test method Density at 20 °C kg/m 3 850 865 868 EN ISO 12185 Kinematic viscosity at 40 °C mm 2 /s 10 22 32 EN ISO 3104 Viscosity index 115 100 110 ISO 2909 Flash point °C 155 190 200 EN ISO 2592 Pour point °C -45 -42 -36 ISO 3016 Aniline point °C 80 102 103 ASTM D 1401 FZG test, non conforming grade 12 12 12 DIN 51 354 Value Parameter Unit HM 46 HM 68 HM 100 Test method Density at 20 °C kg/m 3 860 867 875 EN ISO 12185 Kinematic viscosity at 40 °C mm 2 /s 46 68 100 EN ISO 3104 Viscosity index 115 110 100 ISO 2909 Flash point °C 225 240 250 EN ISO 2592 Pour point °C -27 -24 -21 ISO 3016 Aniline point °C 115 115 118 ASTM D 1401 FZG test, non conforming grade 12 12 12 DIN 51 354 The values shown in the table are typical of current production.
