So what is on offer? You have a choice of staying on the school site and joining one of the activities here. OR signing up to one of the many off site visits.
In School Activities
The normal timetable will be suspended and all boys will be involved in activities. Look carefully at the opportunities available to you and book early if you want to guarantee a place.
Laser Tag Activity: Full day Laser Tag activity on the back field. Contact- Mr Hind. Cost- £11.00 140 places available. All years welcome .
Monopoly T ournament Organiser- Mr Shiner. Cost- Free of charge. Places available- All years welcome. To sign up see Mr Shiner in M10.
Out Of School Activities
Alton Towers Activity: Full day at Alton Towers Organiser – Mrs Wood Cost- £29.00 150 places available. All years welcome.
Paint Ball Delta Force Organiser - Mr Evans. Cost - £37.00 50 places available . Available to Year 9 only.
Cinema and Bowling with lunch at Frankie and Benny’s Activity: Film at Cineworld , bowling and lunch at Frankie and Benny’s Organiser - Miss Mason. Cost- £18.50 (including lunch) 65 p laces available. Open to all years.
York Activity: Visit to Jorvik , Cliffords Tower and York Dungeons. Contact: Mr Welsby. Cost: £21.00Only 46 places available to all pupils.
Old Trafford Tour Activity: Visit to the Football Stadium and the Museum at Manchester United. Contact: Ms Butler. Cost: £22.00 14 places available.
Adventure Rope Course Activity : Leap of Faith/Abseiling/Adventure Tunnelling/ Giant Swing Contact : Mrs Millington. Cost: £34.00 50 places available. All years
Climbing and Abseiling Organiser- Mr Hind. Cost - £ 7 .00 Only 12 places available - All years welcome.
Year Activities Boys not signed up to any activity will remain on site and be supervised by their Head of Year.
All letters will be available from Form Tutors from Monday 18 th May onwards. Extra copies of letters will be available in Reception. No Monies will be accepted until Wednesday 20 th May On this day sign up at the relevant location. Have your planner with you so a receipt can be placed in it After 20th May hand your monies into Reception Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis where numbers are limited.
Money and consent forms to be handed in at Reception at break and dinner time only. Please write your name, form and the trip on the envelope. Choose your activity carefully. Once you have chosen an activity, you will not be able to swap to another.
