TERMS & CONDITIONSCheck in: 15 HrsCheck out: 12:00 hrs Payment and cancellation: There’s a 15-day policyGrace period: Guests will be able to cancel without any charge as long as: (I) They cancel within 48 hours after the reservation has been made. And (II) The reservation has been made at least 10 days prior to their arrival. Payment Policy:The payment has to be issued in its totality within 15 days prior to the arrival of the guests. Prior to 15 days before the arrival, the guests will be able to pay 50% (non-refundable) at the moment of the reservation and 50% 15 days before their arrival. flexible fees where the guest is allowed to cancel up to three days before their arrival cost 15% more than the regular price. Strictly non-refundable fees are to be paid in their entirety at the moment of the reservation and cost 15% less than the regular price. Cancelation Policy: If the cancelation is made 15 days or less before the arrival of the guests there is no refund unless it is made within the 48 hours grace period. If the cancelation is made 16 days or more before the arrival of the guests, 50% of the money will be refunded to the client. VILLA’S RULESNo smoking allowed outside of the designated areasPets are allowed with an extra fee.Maximum occupancy: 2 guests per bedroom or 3 guests per Mater Suit.Parties or other kinds of events are only allowed with previews notification and a mandatory security deposit.
