HIGHLIGHTS FROM 2025 Strong, Positive Momentum Positive Experiences with Services Consumer satisfaction stayed in the excellent range all year, while provider and employee satisfaction remained strong and improving. 98%+ Timely Access to Care of urgent preadmission screenings completed on time. A Same Day Access model is planned to help people begin services faster. Positive Outcomes for Children & Youth Many children and youth improved during treatment, with more kids showing lower levels of need over time. Financial Stewardship Under budget, with revenue up Revenue exceeded expectations while expenses stayed under budget.
