HIGHLIGHTS FROM 2025 Strong, Positive Momentum Positive Experiences with Services Consumer satisfaction stayed in the excellent range all year, while provider and employee satisfaction remained strong and improving. 98%+ Timely Access to Care of urgent preadmission screenings completed on time. A Same Day Access model is planned to help people begin services faster. Positive Outcomes for Children & Youth Many children and youth improved during treatment, with more kids showing lower levels of need over time.
