Brown Bag Talk: CERES (Webex from HQ) Feb 19 SWOT: The KaRIn radar I&T team successfully completed the last set of high power testing in preparation for moving to the final phases of installing secondary hardware and closeout of the KaRIn module in March.
NISAR: The Radar Payload Mass Simulator (RPMS) and data package was shipped to ISRO-URSC.
OCO-3 returned to routine science data collection successfully on 7 February following recovery from a data transmission anomaly that occurred on 29 January. A software reload process was identified as the root cause of the anomaly.
JPL’s Media Relations Office posted an article on a new NASA study of a major Arctic Ocean current. Using 12 years of satellite data, scientists have determined that a circular ocean current called the Beaufort Gyre is now flooded with fresh water due to climate change. https://www.jpl.nasa.gov/news/news.php?feature=7590<br>
