Mount Shibboleth Rules & Scope We will make mindless eating a thing of the past… well at least for one week! These rules may seem a bit silly, but the GOAL is to make sure that you are aware of every single bite. Mount Shibboleth has the potential to be a game changer for you. Getting started is half the battle. After one PERFECT Round you will feel like a winner and you will believe that you can achieve any goal you set for yourself! Mount Shibboleth Scope SMALL – One week. That’s it. If you can’t make it one week without putting one poisonous bite in your mouth then life isn’t getting in the way, You just aren’t ready to lose weight and adopt lasting change. OR, perhaps FOOD has become your GOD and you need to spend some time in prayerful repentance and getting your focus back on the ONE who can help you with this. Mount Shibboleth Scope SUSTAINABLE – This isn’t a difficult challenge. It is sustainable for one week. There will be enough protein on the meal plans in order for you to preserve muscle and metabolism. You can have up to 3 meals each day. Breafast, Lunch and Dinner. We aren’t eating bread and water or skipping meals here. Three meals each day for 1 week is easy if you have things right with Him and you have your WHY.
