Logistics and Operations: Manage the transportation, setup, and breakdown of mobile surgical units across the Commonwealth of Virginia. Ensure that all mobile units are fully operational and meet all regulatory and safety requirements. Provide technical support and maintenance for the mobile units during deployment. Innovation and Adaptation: Continuously innovate and adapt mobile healthcare solutions to meet changing healthcare needs and standards. Collaborate with healthcare providers to customize mobile units to specific community needs.
