slide2. Determining Missing Mass in Equations Define Law of Conservation of Mass in your own words.
According to the law of Conservation of mass, matter cannot be created or destroyed during a chemical reaction. Therefore, the total mass of the reactants must equal the total mass of products.
The mass of a missing reactant or product can be determined from the mass of the other components in a chemical equation.<br>
