Instructions Green-Schools is a student led programme and as such this application is designed to be completed by Green-Schools committees We have left our template plain and simple to promote readability and accessibility. Please do feel free to add some personality and creative flair This presentation has space for all of the essential actions and steps required to achieve your Green-Flag so be sure to add information for each step When completed please attach this presentation to your online application form on submit.com along with the requested information on that form The Green-Schools handbook will walk you through your theme step by step and will guide you while completing this application For further guidance on how to complete this application please refer to our walkthrough video here and remember you can always add more slides if you need more space<br>

Step One – Green Schools Committee Add a photo or a list of names or something to represent your Green-Schools Committee Add a copy of minutes from a committee meeting or a recording or something to show what happened at a meeting We love to see Green-Schools Committees that are student led and have support from the whole school community

Step Two – Environmental Review Global Citizenship Awareness Survey results will be asked for on the online form and you can include any graphs or additional results here We love to see Environmental Reviews that are designed to understand the situation in your specific school

School Of The Year Nominations At the end of each year Green-Schools Global Citizenship team have the very difficult job of choosing national winners for the Global Citizenship School of the Year Awards
Winners are selected based on their engagement with their community, students, the Sustainable Development Goals and innovative methods to reduce waste as well as raise awareness
