DIGITAL WELLNESS What is the role of digital media in our lives? Reflect on the types of digital media you currently use. Digital media is a method of communicating thoughts or ideas in digital form through digital devices. It is a rapid, simple, and efficient method of communication and content sharing. This comprises text, music, video, and graphics broadcast via the internet or other digital channels such as television and radio. CITATION<br>

PRIVACY & SECURITY At what age should people be allowed to use social media in your opinion? In many people's lives, social media is an important source of entertainment. Today's social media environment is fraught with risks, particularly for children. You never know who is hiding behind the face you see on the screen. Child predators are increasingly using social media. As they prepare their victims, they might simply pretend to be children. themselves. Social media can easily consume many hours of your day. It can be difficult to pull ourselves away from our phone's social media apps. We have been conditioned to have constant access to everything that is being done by others. In my opinion, the minimum age for social media should be 15, since a big number of kids are not mature yet and can still experience risks, as cyber-bullying, child predators, etc. CITATION<br>

DIGITAL FOOTPRINT & IDENTITY How can information you post online affect your future opportunities? Footprints left by people walking on sand or snow do not last long. That is not the case with digital footprints. They keep an individual's internet actions. Even if someone reconsiders what they post and eventually deletes it, the damage has already been done. Fellow internet users can take pictures of posts that are only available for a few minutes, then quickly share them for all to see, destroying prospects. It is critical to exercise caution while posting on social media because it can have a significant negative impact on your future and is nearly difficult to remove. CITATION<br>

DIGITAL COMMUNICATION How can I make sure my online relationships are positive and healthy Online relationships are essential; they must be healthy and secure. We can accomplish this by only interacting with individuals we know in real life, being respectful towards one another, not publishing negative content, and so on. We should be mindful that having negative online relationships can lead to real-life problems such as depression and low self-esteem. CITATION<br>
