Hints for your time schedule: > Consider to prepare PPAP for the change and at least 2 weeks internal process time at RB for evaluation & approval > If needed: consider buffer stock production of “current state” to cover time needed for approval of change (e.g. process release, production trial, counter measurement etc.) -> no delivery to RB allowed w/o approval > clearly mention critical path
> In case of SICR: Supplier may only provide timeline based on the own activities. Further timeline for Bosch/customer activities needs to be added during planning phase of the change project 10<br>
