Cover Every voice counts 2020 Report Name: General Government Overall 2020 Dashboard View a high-level overview of your group’s results. Displays your top 3 strengths and bottom 3 concerns, the Company Overall key drivers of Engagement, your group’s Engagement score, and a summary of your dimension scores. Heat Map Explore how results differ between dimensions and teams. Dimension level results for all dimensions and all available teams with shading for %Favorable scores to identify strengths and areas of opportunity. Most Improved / Declined Compare your current results to the last survey. Your notably improved and declined items when compared to the previous survey. Use the notable difference table to see the criteria for determining notable differences. Top 5 and Bottom 5 Items See how your strongest and weakest areas compare to others. The top 5 survey items with the highest favorability scores and your bottom 5 survey items with the lowest favorability scores. Action Priority Grid Consider Areas of Concern as potential action items. All survey items are plotted according to your group’s favorability score and how your group’s score compares to the Company Overall score. Exploring your Results Using Results to Identify Action Areas Item Detail Explore results in detail to identify groups within your part of the organization in need of attention. Detailed results for all dimensions and survey items, with internal and external benchmarks and upward and downward views into your part of the organization. Roadmap for your report What’s included in your report Summary Of Results provides an overview of your high level survey results and engagement score. Top 5 Items / Bottom 5 Items are your group’s top 5 (most favorable) items and bottom 5 (most unfavorable) items. Differences to Company Overall and Mercer Sirota’s norms are shown to the right of your group’s data. Most Improved / Most Declined are your group’s top 10 and bottom 10 items that have improved or declined since the last survey Action Priority Grid displays a high-level view of how your team's strengths and opportunity areas compared to Company Overall. Key Drivers of Engagement shows the items that have the largest impact on engagement and your scores on the key driver items. Dimension Heat Map provides a high level overview of how your dimension scores are broken out within your organization Item Detail shows your results for each survey question as well as data comparisons, as applicable. Differences
