ICT Based On-Demand Examination System (ODES) Techno-culture in educational institutions. MOUs between Tech-Agencies and Apex Educational Institutions. Developmental challenges and techno-determinism. Initiatives for narrowing the digital divide to achieve 21st Century Skills: School Education and Literacy programmes should address on: Skill - Scale – Speed Strong and innovative Government initiatives for Adult Education: School Education and Literacy programmes should address on: Enrolment Equity and Inclusion Excellence Employability Entrepreneurship (Social) Outstanding curriculum framework for Adult Education can be developed for literacy, numeracy, basic education, vocational skills and beyond.
