Concerns: Courses and programmes on digital technologyProfessional development programmes for teachers on digital technology Management Information System (MIS) in all the educational institutions - Right from admission till certification. ICT Based On-Demand Examination System (ODES) Techno-culture in educational institutions. MOUs between Tech-Agencies and Apex Educational Institutions. Developmental challenges and techno-determinism.

Initiatives for narrowing the digital divide to achieve 21st Century Skills: School Education and Literacy programmes should address on: Skill - Scale – SpeedStrong and innovative Government initiatives for Adult Education:School Education and Literacy programmes should address on:EnrolmentEquity and InclusionExcellenceEmployabilityEntrepreneurship (Social)

5. Outstanding curriculum framework for Adult Education can be developed for literacy, numeracy, basic education, vocational skills and beyond. Approaches: Based on Formal CurriculumCondensed VersionIntegrated CurriculumPartially Integrated CurriculumThis will include 5 types of programmes with clearly defined outcomes:Fundamental Literacy and NumeracyCritical life skillsVocational Skills development Continuing education

These issues and concerns to be attained throughRecognising Paradigm shift - Linear to Hyper Media Learning Learning how to navigate and learn Instruction to discovery, problem solving and construction. Teacher / Instructor centered to learner centered education. Developmental changes and technological determinism:Development of 'media culture' instead of 'crowd culture'.e-learning for equitable education for all. Bridging the gap between public and private dichotomy through partnership. To sustain multicultural, multilingual, multinational networking.

By creatingNETF (National Educational Technology Forum)through Digital Literacy for Youth and Adult to build a solid foundation forHuman Centered Recovery, Integrating Literacy and digital skills to attain all this, Contact, Connect, Collaborate, Coordinate and Cooperate Byensuring inclusive and equitable qualityeducation to promote life long learningStellar Initiatives: Pradhan Mantri Gramin Digital Saksharta Abhiyaan (PMGDISHA):NIOS Virtual Open Schooling

The tasks are clearly stated as :Extending existing e-learning platforms like DIKSHA and SWYAMDeveloping a digital repository of course work, simulations, game based learning, augmented reality and virtual reality. Developing virtual labs using DIKSHA and SWYAM to provide increased access to socio-economically disadvantaged groups. Creating a National Assessment Centre to design and implement New Assessment Framework to incorporate 21st Century Skills. Plan and Programme has already been laid down by SARTHAQ Part 1 and 2 of NEP 2020.
