Department's efforts in refreshing laptops and desktops, as well as implementing the Data Center Modernisation project, have led to an increase in network resource utilisation across missions and Head Office. However, the existing low bandwidth has resulted in slow response times and impacts on various ICT-related services, including the Department of Home Affairs’ VISA system. Challenges – with the transitioning from the old to the new service provider.<br>
