Proposals are submitted through the PARIVESH Portal
During appraisal, Authorities may seek clarifications or missing information
These are raised as:
Essential Details Sought (EDS)
Additional Details Sought (ADS)<br>
slide3. What is Essential Details Sought (EDS)? EDS refers to critical information/documents required for appraisal
Raised when mandatory details are missing or incomplete
Proposal cannot proceed further without EDS compliance
Considered basic and non-negotiable requirements
Sought by Member Secretary, SEAC from PP after submission
Example - Copy of Valid Approved DSR
- Valid LoI
- Receipt of Deposition of Processing Fee
- Distance Certificate from Deputy Conservator of Forests<br>

To obtain missing, unclear, or inadequate information from Project
Proponent to appraise scientifically, legally, and transparently
Raised during the appraisal process

Affidavit from PP & Consultant regarding “No Violation” of Acts/Rules/Regulations/Notification of Central/State Government and No Litigation Pending against the Project and/or Land in which the Project is Proposed to be set up
Copy Of Previous EC Issued (In Case Of Expansion)
Monitoring Report Of Laboratory Certified from National Accreditation Board For Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL)
Certified Compliance Report (If Applicable)<br>

Commonly raised ADS List of Flora/Fauna found within the Study Area of the mining lease duly authenticated by the local DCF, and submission of draft of Wildlife Conservation Plan for Schedule-1 species as per the Wildlife Protection (Amendment) Act, 2022 in accordance with SEIAA Order Dated 03.11.2025.
Detailed Green Belt Development Plan with 4 Years of consecutive maintenance
Compliance of ToR Points
Action Plan incorporating all the issues raised during the Public Hearing (PH) along with time bound action plan for redressal of the same<br>
