Hannah is always involved in every activity the organization does, whether on campus or in the surrounding community. Literacy is an important area of focus for KDP. This year Hannah planned, in collaboration with the Children's Librarian at Keene Public Library, the annual Ladybug Reading Festival for local children and families.”<br>

“Paula has been involved at Keene State since the first day she stepped foot on this campus, including in student government, Delta Phi Epsilon, a Student Ambassador, and the Panhellenic Council. When there is an event that takes place on campus from the classes, Paula always shows up and offers a helping hand to support the success of the event. Paula has also provided a new perspective and leadership approach to these organizations. She has been a resource for newer members of her organizations to look up to and strive to follow in her foot steps.”<br>

“In just his first semester on campus, Joshua became a Community Assistant, an Orientation Leader and founder of the Golf Club, and he has been working to create a sense of community on campus ever since then. “Drew didn't plan on being President of Alpha Sigma Phi but he gladly stepped up to the plate to help the chapter continue to succeed. From afar, I've watched him accept the responsibilities with ease, and try to take on the things that he wasn't trained to do, and how happily he accepts them. Drew didn't expect to have this position, but he has stepped up in the most admirable ways.”<br>

“Jessica is a fearless leader who encouraged her Executive Board and chapter to let go of outdated practices and replace them with a fondness and connection to the rituals that are approved and practiced by chapters and our sisters throughout the entirety of the Fraternity. Jessica's thirst for knowledge in this position has been unstoppable. She has been an advocate of the organizations constitution and following due process. She also represented the chapter as our Panhellenic Delegate and has been vocal in raising up any concerns through the proper support chain to get her chapter what it needs.”<br>

“Deacon has served in various positions in his fraternity, Sigma Pi including chair of the fraternity's E-Board, social coordinator working to organize events between other Greek organizations, and as first counselor for risk management. In this role he passed an addendum to his organization's constitution and bylaws in response to rising Covid-19 cases, ran judicial board meetings and familiarized himself with chapter policies to maintain order and consistency. Deacon also organized and led 3 community service visits with members of his fraternity to perform community service for an elderly couple.”<br>

“Zoey contributes to the fraternities and sororities on campus with her work ethic and ambition to do good for this community. She has taken Greek Life by storm by creating lasting relationships with people in her own organization and the other organizations on campus. Zoey is the perfect example of how a person in the Greek community should act, as she loves her own organization but interacts in a positive manner with other organizations.”<br>

“Marcus Rusch has become one of the most involved people I know on campus in such a short amount of time. Marcus demonstrates great leadership skills by being the one people look up to for guidance. He is constantly asked for his opinion, because it is important to his fellow fraternity members. Staying motivated is a tough thing to do, but Marcus continues to while trying to make the Greek Community a safer experience for everybody.”<br>

“Over the course of the 2022-2023 academic year, I have watched both the Interfraternity and Panhellenic Councils grow to have the ability to make thoughtful impacts on the Keene State fraternity and sorority community. “Lynne truly is the resource that keeps on giving. She has been a constant for Phi Sigma Sigma and has helped create a welcoming organization for years of sorority women. She isn't just an advisor who sits on the sidelines, every member meets her and knows her and has some kind of connection with her. I was fortunate enough to work alongside her during my term as president and Lynne was not only a supporter of me, but also the whole organization. You can see through everything she does that she cares about the wellbeing of this organization and everyone in it.”<br>

“In summer of 2022, Kyleigh took a position as a Lead Coordinator for summer conferences. The position and the department were both new as far as summer conference management. Miss Eyl took the position and made it her own, quickly rose to any occasion and she never backed down from a challenge. Kyleigh became a leader among her peers, and as we head into our next hiring season, Kyleigh has introduced a number of her peers to me in hopes that they can join the summer staff.”<br>

When working on a team she is supportive and positive. When working independently Chloe is a dedicated problem-solver. “CJ has excelled with very little intervention from me. He stepped up to the plate and demonstrated strong management skills right out of the gate. CJ is a natural leader who is always organized and one step ahead of things. It would be unusual for CJ to not be in the office discussing latest updates, inquiring about possible changes, or just letting me know all is good.”<br>

“Alyssa is the most radiant person I know. We have had mostly freshmen and sophomores in our organization since the very beginning and they all gravitated towards Alyssa immediately. Alyssa laughs when our group members are experiencing joy, is angry during times of injustice, and is vulnerable with them during hard times. Alyssa has been a mentor to many younger folks along with a role model for others, and no matter what always offer others care and support.”<br>

“In regard to supporting her editors and writers, Caitlin is par excellence. She makes herself available to all of them at any time, sometimes to the detriment of her own well-being, but she understands the role requires an open commitment to her staff. She has never wavered in that respect Her quiet approach to all things allow her to engage others in a non-threatening way and inspire them to grow.”<br>

“Smriti makes sure that every single organization she is a part of is inclusive and representative of all students on our campus. She advocates for our students and works to create a sense of belonging in every organization she is a part of. He is kind, thoughtful, innovative, adventurous, and cares deeply about the impact he is making on campus.”<br>

They are a highly valued member of our community.”<br>

“Katherine Faulhaber is one of the most involved students I have had the pleasure of knowing at Keene State. She decided early on in her time at Keene State that she wanted to be a positive role model and help incoming students acclimate to life at KSC. Through all her efforts to improve the community connections for fellow students, Katherine has found her own friendships, community, and place at Keene State and is now finding ways to go forth and serve the larger community. She is an asset to every team she is a part of and does an incredible amount to make people feel welcome and at home in Keene.”<br>
