Metrics & charts should be tailored to the supplier and their performance issues
Select Meaningful Supplier Facing Metrics for Measures of Effectiveness (MOE)/Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Identify MOEs/KPIs that directly or indirectly reflect positive or negative impacts to LM
Use Actual Numbers, Unit of Measure & Formula for MOEs/KPIs
Demonstrate Achievement & Sustained Performance from a Quality Perspective
