Year-to-Date, the Convention Development Tax revenues, paid by visitors staying in Miami-Dade County hotels, increased by 34.7% as compared to last year. First-ever Michelin Guide Florida Miami restaurants honored 1 Two star 10 One star 19 Bib Gourmand — Michelin Hotel Demand (Rooms Sold) has been pacing ahead of comparable 2019 numbers for the past 8 consecutive weeks. #2 on the 10 most visited cities in the United States — HouseGrail Miami International Airport Year to Date Passenger arrivals are up 7.9% over 2019 Miami-Dade County Leisure & Hospitality employment increased 12.4% in August 2022 as compared to one year ago. Voted top Overall Experiences in the United States — Traveler’s Choice PortMiami cruise passengers for the month of July 2022 exceeded July 2019 by 7,805 passengers, a 1.7% increase. In September, Miami International Airport averaged just under 26,000 international arrivals each day. This compares to just under 25,000 MIA international arrivals each day in September of 2019.
