Country Dialogue & Communication is key Burn rate is still an issue Procument Slow clearance of goods causing program delays Expired products and insufficient stock to meet target Communication & Info Sharing PR-SR to increase understanding Review of Procument team People & Performance M & E Officer - Samoa 6 Monthly contracts for project staff Vanuatu 10 MEO for Malaria Projects People-dependent syndrome Improve PR Support PR to be more understanding and diplomatic recognizing country context. PR to relook at Management letter to be more responsive to country reality PR to invest fund for upskilling of key SR and Improve communication to SRs PR focal point and M&E to conduct regular training and follow-up visits Thank You...Any Question?
