Individuals (based on the survey) Individuals for Quality Assurance use: Feedback forms Feedback questions as a part of the guidance dialogue Quality Assurance proposals: Supervision standardization Create and use mentoring network Set up rules for required education and experience of career advisors Design obligatory standards for Quality Assurance Inspire in other fields of services (health care) What do we do?
