It is useful on a telephone call
It is useful as a starting point for discussions during an external evaluation
It demonstrates a strategic understanding of SEND and will support a consistent narrative and joined-up approach<br>

It is relatively straightforward to complete the right side of the nutshell
The left hand side is a bit more challenging to do but you now have a steer on where to access the data
