Changes to your Curriculum Plan need to be made if:
You have taken MCR courses as a Graduate Non-Degree or Certificate student and want to apply those to your degree
You are given a waiver for Pharmacology because you are a clinician. Note that a replacement course will need to be added. 8<br>

Your Buckeyemail email address (@buckeyemail.osu.edu) can not be forwarded to a personal account. Those students who are also employees of Ohio State have an employee email (@osu.edu) and employees of the OSU Wexner Medical Center have an OSUWMC account (@osumc.edu). Neither of these types of email account are linked to your Buckeyemail account.
The College of Nursing will send all communications to your @osu.edu email address. The College of Nursing will not communicate with personal email addresses due to FERPA laws. This includes OSUWMC email addresses. We do not have or retain your work or home email for correspondence.

3.0 cumulative GPA to remain in good academic standing and to earn an OSU graduate degree
B- or better in all courses to count towards degree (or repeat)
Withdrawing from courses, deviating from curriculum plan

The deadline is typically the second Friday of your final semester.
Put your advisor on the form
Choose the correct semester!
Dual degree completion has a special form
If you forget to apply, you may be deferred a full semester, but must take 3 credit hours in the semester you graduate ($$).
