slide2. Ap Exam Schedule Each AP Exam has a standard, nationwide administration date and start time
All AP Exams take place the first and second week of May
Only students with two tests on the same day at the same time and students with specific permitted reasons might test on a different day
Otherwise, there are no makeup dates if you miss the assigned exam date<br>
slide3. AP Exam Locations Most students will be taking most of their AP Exams at Santa Rita High School, located at 3951 S. Pantano Rd, Tucson, AZ 85730
It is very important to plan your travel ahead of time to ensure you arrive early to your exams
Most exams will take place in the Main or Auxiliary Gyms at Santa Rita
Luckily, Santa Rita has the exact same layout of buildings as Sabino, making it easy to find the exam location that applies to you
If you have any testing accommodations, such as time-and-a-half, you will be taking your test at Sabino High School<br>

However, you test at Sabino instead of at Santa Rita
Accommodation testing will tentatively take place in the basement of the administration building to reduce noise and distractions
If you have to take a late test for any permitted reason, information about your testing date and location will be provided to you at a later date
Permitted Reasons for a Late Test with Documentation:
School sporting event in which you compete
Two tests at the same time on the same day
Religious Holiday
Serious Illness, Injury, or Family Tragedy<br>
slide12. AP Exams: Important Info Make sure to arrive with all your necessary supplies: Multiple Sharpened No. 2 Pencils, Pens with blue or black ink (not gel), and your calculator if applicable
Testing sites should have replacement pens and pencils, but there is no guarantee to plan accordingly
Also make sure to bring a government or school-issued picture ID
A snack or food for lunch if you have two exams on the same day
Arrive early at the designated arrival time: Late arrivals can cause you to miss the exam
Prohibited Items: Cellphones, EarPods, and Smart Watches, Timers, Other Electronics<br>
