slide3. Wheel of Wellbeing Life is about balance. Having a balanced life is important in order to be happy and fulfilled. Often we can slip into a situation where we become focussed on a particular area and end up neglecting other areas of our life. Becoming “off balanced” can lead to frustration and stress which can affect all areas of our life.
The Wheel of Wellbeing is designed to help you to look at the balance between a wide range of areas in your life. It follows that by improving this balance, you can improve your wellbeing.<br>
