ZBC has set a strategic focus goal “To be a profitable entity which has declared a 3rd dividend by 31 December 2025.” This goal will be achieved through ZBC’s unique proposition of a wide reach (demographic , geographic and linguistic) and diversified multi-media channels with national coverage and supported by the strategic pillars of : Improved Programming and Content. Effective Human Capital Management. Financial Sustainability. Relevant Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. Appropriate Technology and Equipment. Good Corporate Governance. This document presents a report of the work done from 28 and 29 November 2022 with the ZBC Board , Management and Key Stakeholders to review the performance for FY2022 and the outline the plans for FY2023 and the details of how these strategies will be achieved and the specific indicators and targets that have been set towards this.
