Ensure that BI systems are thoroughly tested at every start-up and following
major changes to
hardware/software (LS2)
Maintain regular contact with clients/suppliers in OP, CO and ABP to keep track of issues making sure they are documented using the ‘JIRA’ and
eLogBook
tools
(by regularly passing by the CCC & participating to machine supervisor meetings etc.).
Keep BE-BI colleagues up to date by distributing short minutes of meetings where topics of relevance are discussed
Emphasis on systems that have been upgraded (change
management)
Coordinate
activities/tools/approaches with the other BI domain coordinators through regular BI domain coordinator team meetings
