By Kendall and MitchellSlide2

What an introvert is:

An introvert is someone who loses energy in social interactions, and feels re-energized while in solitude. Their social circles are condensed. They’re content with having a fewer amount of friends. Slide3

Positive Aspects

They have focused intimate relationships.

They have more control over how they prioritize friendships. They prefer activities that involve inner experience and introspection.

They are self-sufficient. Slide4

Negative Aspects

They need a lot of alone time

They have trouble with jobs that require social interactions.May have a lack of confidence in relation to people and a tendency to be unsociable, shy, and hesitant. Slide5

Research

Introversion itself is not shyness, which is one of the biggest misconceptions people have about introversion. Shyness is an anxiety, where-as introversion is a preference. As gathered from our research, shyness is irreversible and introversion is not.
