1) This indicates how much pressure your blood is pushing against your artery walls when the heart beats.

2) How much pressure your blood is exerting against your artery walls while the heart is resting between beats.

Heart Attack Warning Signs & Symptoms

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, you should:

Call 9-1-1 immediately

or have someone call for you

Do not drive yourself to the hospital

Keep a list of emergency numbers near the phone

Sit or lie down in whatever position is comfortable

If the 9-1-1 operator advises,

chew and swallow

one adult tablet of Aspirin
