. Delivery cost +4.32 Cr. Admn & Supervision charges) towards training expenses for 2020-21 for 40,000 C&D employees training as per work plan (Annexure T(7)(i)).
Approved release of 25% of Budgetary Allocation for C&D employees training as advance and advance utilized may be recouped quarterly.

Slide4Mode of Operation25 MoAs are signed with DISCOMs/TI between HR or training incharge and DIRECTOR,RECIPMT from SEPTEMBER, 2020.Each training manday is reimbursed @Rs. 1500/- and Rs. 600/- provided to participant towards course kit i.e.reference material, pen & pad to DISCOM.Each training batch consists maximum of 25 candidates.
The DISCOMs may start the programs as Class-room sessions following COVID guidelines of respective states on signing of MoAs.RECIPMT planned to conduct 50 batches on request of utilities during the year under its banner spanning one or two in each DISCOM. However, RECIPMT may conduct more batches on request of DISCOMs.The training expenses are reimbursed to utilities on submission of claims by them.

Slide3692% has reported that Training has improved the subject knowledge across all as per the participants feedback all over India. It is evident from study that the overall productivity and effectiveness on all India basis has improved, from 51% to 75% before training to after training as good and above
Skills across all zones has seen an appreciable improvement as per the respondents, on all India, 94% have rated their improvement as good and above.
87% of participants reported overall rating as good and above, and
application of learning post the training programs is real test of success of the program.
It is reported that the trainings have helped in Prevent transformer failure, Better complaint management as far as transformer issues are concerned, Better customer interactions and taking care in Higher amount of safety.
The course content and materials are also reported to be relevant. However, few suggestions were made to include more time for practical sessions/field demonstrations, discussion of case studies and also to revisit to increase of duration of trainings to cover the topics.
It is also suggested for Providing continuous training and refresher sessions and also for making available safety material to the employees.
