Thomas Woznicki and Florence County, WI School District Records Compilation: Transcript

This document contains various records obtained from the Florence County Wisconsin school district Note the email from School Board President Jim Churchill to Superintendent Thomas Woznicki sent on April 23 2013 along with the subsequent series of emails Also note the email sent on November 16 2012 and the email sent by current Superintendent Ben Niehaus on June 2 2015. The email on page 4 clearly indicates that Thomas Woznicki was asked to leave the Florence County, Wisconsin school district. The first resume lists several school districts that have employed Thomas Woznicki. Note the missing employers between 1984 and 2007 in the second resume. This photograph was taken while Thomas Woznicki served as the Superintendent of the Florence County, Wisconsin School District between 2009 and 2013. According to the document on the first three pages, Thomas Woznicki’s “reason for leaving” the Florence County, Wisconsin school district was that his position as Superintendent “was reduced to .6 FTE.” However, the email to Thomas Woznicki on the last page (sent by Florence County School Board President Jim Churchill, Jr.) appears to suggest a different reason for Mr. Woznicki’s departure from the Florence County, Wisconsin school district. This document contains numerous emails obtained from the Florence County, Wisconsin school district, along with copies of letters pertaining to Thomas Woznicki’s employment as Superintendent. Note the email from School Board President Jim Churchill to Superintendent Thomas Woznicki sent on April 23, 2013, along with the subsequent series of emails. Also note the email at the bottom of the third page (sent on November 16, 2012) and the email sent by current Superintendent Ben Niehaus on June 2, 2015. This document contains School Board Minutes obtained from the Florence County, Wisconsin school district. Note the “Closed Session” Minutes for the School Board meeting held on April 22, 2013, on the third page. This document contains various records obtained from the Boscobel, Wisconsin school district. Note the “Closed Session” portion of the School Board Minutes for the special meeting held on July 1, 2014 and the subsequent series of emails. Also note the email exchange between Thomas Woznicki and Brian Johnston, Business Manager at the School District of New Richmond, which occurred on June 26, 2014. The background check was conducted using the middle name Suchomel, as opposed to Thomas Woznicki’s previous middle name (James). The background check for Thomas Suchomel Woznicki does NOT appear to reveal any history of arrests, criminal charges, or convictions, with the sole exception of a minor traffic citation (speeding) filed under the “former name” of Thomas J Woznicki (see fourth page). Also, the document does NOT appear to indicate any history of employment or residency in New Richmond, Wisconsin. This document appears to indicate that Thomas Woznicki was asked to leave the New Richmond (pages 23-28), Florence County (pages 57-59), and Boscobel (pages 64-69) school districts in Wisconsin. The contents of the document span a timeframe of approximately two decades (20 years). The New Richmond, Wisconsin school district filed a License Review Referral with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) Bureau for Teacher Education, Licensing, and Placement during April of 1994 (page 13). Twenty years later (April 2014), Thomas Woznicki was apparently still employed in Wisconsin’s public school system as the Superintendent of the Boscobel, Wisconsin school district. It is unclear what actions, if any, the Wisconsin DPI licensing bureau has taken related to the apparent decisions made by the three aforementioned school districts. This document appears to indicate that Thomas Woznicki was asked to leave the New Richmond (pages 23-28), Florence County (pages 59-61), and Boscobel (pages 67-72) school districts in Wisconsin. The first two pages appear to contain selected portions of a “grievance arbitration” document associated with Thomas Woznicki and the New Richmond, Wisconsin school district. The text on the second page appears to suggest that Mr. Woznicki may have used “golf records” as his alibi, even though he was apparently the “President” of the organization that produced the records. It is unclear whether Thomas Woznicki’s position as President of the Hammond Golf Club could have potentially allowed him to fabricate or falsify the “golf records” that may have functioned as his alibi. The Boscobel School Board Minutes document on the third page mentions Thomas Woznicki and appears to reference “falsified documents” and “misrepresented” funds. The remaining pages appear to contain a series of emails, several of which were sent by Thomas Woznicki, pertaining to the documents in question.
