The Unit Operator, Unit Agreement Name, Revision Effective Date and PE ID columns can be sorted in Ascending or Descending order by clicking on the column title.Slide7

If in the New Revision Number

dropdown list there is only one Revision displayed without a Revision number, this is the initial Exhibit A and no revisions have been submitted. The New Revision Number to be entered would be number 1.Slide8

While working in the Unit Tract Revision screen, saving periodically is required to avoid the session from timing out. The screen will timeout in 15 minutes, if there is no activity. Saving

will generate the Request Number in the screen header eg. (Request # 368614)Slide9

Optional Adobe PDF and Microsoft Word backup documents can be attached by first Saving the Request, then browsing for your desired document. Once back in the Request click Add

The unit tract revision entry is now finished. If there is no requirement to update a Royalty Owner, you can skip the Royalty Owners tab and proceed to Submission.If there is a requirement to update a Royalty Owner, go to

This Revision

is a copy of the Current Revision before making the New Revision.Unit Operator can submit New Revision with only Royalty Owners updates. If this is the case, you only need to fill in the information required under Administrative and Royalty Owners tabs, then Save and Submit.Slide29

The Summary Tab provides a summary of all Working Interest Owner unit participation, crown share and crown interest. The

Unit Tract Revision Report, is an overview of screen data, which helps in verifying data entered. This report can be produced at any time during the Request lifecycle.Slide35

35SUBMIT UNIT TRACT REVISION REQUEST

Once your Revision

has been completed in either the Administrative, Unit Tract, Royalty Owners or Summary tabs, you must Submit the Request.Slide36

36SUBMIT UNIT TRACT REVISION REQUEST – STATUS SUBMITTED

Successfully submitting your request will change the Request

Status to Submitted. The request will now be processed by Alberta Energy.Slide37

37UNIT TRACT REVISION REQUEST – WORK IN PROGRESSSlide38

38REVISION REQUEST COMPLETED

Once your Revision Request

is processed, the Creator will receive an email notification that the Request is now Complete.Slide39

The Request must be at the status of

Completed to submit a report request for the Exhibit A Report (see Unit Agreement Exhibit A Reports Training Module for the next steps).

Note: The Unit Operator is responsible in preparing and

distributing

the same copy of the revised Exhibit A

created in ETS to

all parties to the unit agreement.Slide40
