Healthy Eating With Diabetes

You should have the same amount of carbohydrate at each meal.

It is important to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Depending on your needs, you may have a

snack. Speak with your dietitian and physician for more information.

You should eat at the same time every day.

to have “diabetic”, “dietetic”, or “sugar free” foods
