- God created light and separated the light from the darkness, calling light "day" and darkness "night

- God created an expanse to separate the waters and called it "sky

- God created the dry ground and gathered the waters, calling the dry ground "land," and the gathered waters "seas." On day three, God also created vegetation (plants and trees
).
Day 4
- God created the sun, moon, and the stars to give light to the earth and to govern and separate the day and the night. These would also serve as signs to mark seasons, days, and years

Day 5 - God created every living creature of the seas and every winged bird, blessing them to multiply and fill the waters and the sky with life

Day 6 - God created the animals to fill the earth. On day six, God also created man and woman (

in his own image to commune with him. He blessed them and gave them every creature and the whole earth to rule over, care for, and cultivate

Creationist
Most creationist do not believe that Jesus created the world.
There are in fact a number of different types of creationism.

Young Earth Creationist
Young Earth Creationists, who believe that the Earth is between six and ten thousand years old.
Young Earth Creationism is opposed not only to evolution, but also to the modern scientific explanations for the origins of anything.
The YEC are also opposed to the Big Bang Theory.Slide7
Intelligent Design
Intelligent Design is not
a type of creationism, or indeed any particular set of beliefs.
In fact Intelligent Design is a blanket concept intended to show that the scientific method alone is not adequate to explain the natural world, and that a divine creator is a required component for any complete explanation of nature.Slide8

I think once we settle on a comfortable belief about creation, we would then begin to have more respect not only for the earth but for each other. Slide9
