When attempting to quantify customer experience, there are various elements to take into account. The three primary factors are listed below:
CSAT/ Customer Satisfaction Score
In the direct selling industry, establishing a solid rapport with customers and boosting recurring business depend heavily on customer happiness. CSAT is a useful indicator in direct selling since it allows brands to determine the level of customer happiness with their products and services.
Net Promoter Score/NPS
One of the factors used to determine a customer\'s loyalty is their net promoter score. NPS is also helpful in determining whether or not customers will tell their friends or coworkers about the company.
Customer Effort Score (CES)
Another crucial factor in the direct selling industry that must be watched is the customer effort score. CES is a statistic that aids in evaluating the amount of work that customers must do while interacting with a business in order to solve a problem or finish a task.
