Graph showing behavior of right digital part if we assume that all heaters are working
Slide5Frame 3rd design (second device) with
heater #31107
5We noticed that there is a ∆T of almost 6°C between the temperatures of the digital and the analog part.
We think that it’s due to the difference of about 2
Ω
between the digital Pt100 and the sensor Pt100 (resistance of the lines).Pt100 resistanceinlet111.2111.3111.4111.3111.3outlet113.4113.1113.1113112.2inlet111.4111.3111.3111.3111.2outletAfter correction, we obtain the following graph :
