The PIC must notify your local health department or MDH of any employee diagnosed with any of theseillnesses:NorovirusSalmonellaShigella ��ILLNESS REPORTING FOR FOOD ESTABLISHMENT��2 Report customer illness complaintsThe PIC is required to notify your local health department or MDH of complaints from a customer who:ports becoming ill with diarrhea orvomiting after eating at theestablishment.Reports having or is suspected ofhaving norovirus, hepatitis A virus,Salmonella, Shigella, Shiga toxinproducing E. coli, or therentericbacterial, viral or parasitic pathogenafter eating at the establishment.Customer complaints may also be
