QUALITY AND CERTIFICATIONS : 1.1. The manufacturer should have ISO 9001 quality assurance certification . 1.2. The manufacturer should have TSE conformity certification for servicing facility . 1.3. The manufacturer should be the member of I DA (International Door Association) . 2. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS : 2.1. Side guides should be made of galvanized steel material with 1,5 mm thickness and should be consisted of one frame , one cover profiles. 2.2. Side guides should allow either making hidden cabling or to be used hidden photocells. 2.3. Rubber side seals should be used inside of side guides. 2.4. PVC curtain should be CE certificated with 900 gr/m2 density . 2.5. PVC curtain should be reinforced with support bars. 2.6. Soft b ottom profile of PVC curtain should be made of st eel shaft that is hidden in PVC curtain. 2.7. The opening speed of doors should be between 0, 5 and 1 m/sec. according to the size of the door. 2.8. The shaft should be made of special design extruded aluminum profile and should run balanced without needing a couplin g. 2.9. The upper and bottom stopping points of the doors should be adjusted by a mechanical or encoder swit c hes that are fixed on the gear . 2.10. Motor should be equipped with break and should allow to be opened manually as opt i on. 2.11. Control unit should be provided wi th the door .
