28. Instructions and Process:We will try our best to help you to achieve the targets as per the details given in leadingindia.ai But, the final mission is to develop you as a self sustainable and reputed research group. So, you should try to become as independent as possible. Every Month there will be progress review based on the five parameters given in previous five SlidesYou will be given a score of 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest) in all of these five parameters and then the score will be averaged. Review Timeline is given on the Next Slide. You Should Constitute an internal review committee of Three Members which will review the project at alternate frequency as per the model you choose in next two slides. One of the Members of this committee will be the Lead of the Research Group. Three Consecutive Average Score of ≤ 2 by our Bennett panel/mentor will lead to dropping of your institution as a zonal partner. Three Consecutive Average Score of > 4 by Bennett panel/mentor will lead to a totally free upgradation to collaborator status for your institution. It is natural that in Initial months you may not be able to show actual numbers in these given parameters, so in that case your efforts and progress towards achieving those numbers should be evaluated.5/2/2018<Write your institution Name>28
