Cisco will accelerate growth in it’s Core technologies by simplifying pricing and increasing focus on a limited set of products.
Reducing the SKUs that participate in the Fast Track program allows Cisco to offer more competitive pricing on the right SKUs, and allows Cisco to
meet the differing requirements for each geographic region.
Cisco will gain gross margin through greater discount control on non volume products.
Changing the Wholesale Price list is costly and slow. It doesn't meet the need for Cisco’s Velocity Sales strategy.
