Monday Freshmen Copy down the following terms and definitions: Idolatry: worship of an idol Reconcile: to forgive Fickle: change mind frequently Gallant: brave, noble, heroic Allusion: reference to something else

Monday Sophomore Copy down the following terms and definitions: Ethnic: relating to a population subgroup with a common national or cultural tradition. Slighted: insult someone by treating them without proper respect or attention. Allotted: give something to someone as a share or task. Discrimination: the unjust treatment of different categories of people or things Blunder: a stupid or careless mistake.

Freshmen Tuesday Write a full paragraph [5-7 sentences]. Include and underline one vocabulary word. Write about a time that you had the wrong impression of someone.
