accomodation Have particular difficulties participating in formal interview situations especially when competing against non-disabled school leaversSlide3

Making a short video profile to illustrate each student’s personal interests, abilities, attributes, aspirations and special needs in a way that sidesteps difficulties associated with face to face interviews and written application forms Using the resulting video profiles to assist students apply for work experience placements and inform potential employers about each student’s personal circumstances, (including the adult support s/he will bring and/or require) and also advocating the potential benefits s/he can bring the company Slide4
