General Rules Most of CEU is private property Area protected by security personnel Entrance restricted to CEU ID card holders and registered visitors At the entry/exit points, security personnel may inspect bags or objects if there is suspicion of prohibited items Speedgate entry is only permitted using the personal ID card Complaints may be addressed to the Head of Building Maintenance Group (BMG) or to central administration.

ID card usage Using the electronic ID card is mandatory ID cards must be shown to security personnel at all entrances Security personnel may ask to view the card to check validity ID cardholders must protect the card In case of damage or loss, the replacement cost is EUR10 Visitors are required to register and obtain temporary permission to enter

Do not leave your valuable s unattended !Ask someone nearby to keep an eye on your items If no one is available, bring the items with you, even for short trips If your belongings are lost or stolen, report the incident immediately to security personnel. Keep your eyes open! If you find an abandoned bag or other item, ask those around you if they know who the owner is! If no one knows, inform security personnel immediately! If an unknown person comes into a classroom, check with the faculty member Take care of others’ belongings! Watch out and protect others ! If you notice anything suspicious, do not hesitate to contact security personnel! Abandoned Items or Bags

Alcohol and Drugs on Campus Those under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to enter CEU premises! Faculty, staff or security personnel have the right to request and conduct a breathalyzer test from anyone on CEU premises at any time Students, faculty and staff must cooperate. Report is prepared in presence of a witness If the breathalyzer test is negative, the supervisor can determine whether the person is fit for study or work and take further measures . Smoking is prohibited on CEU premises ! Smoking is also prohibited o n the roof!

Climbing onto the Roof Ledge is PROHIBITED ! It is extremely dangerous to climb onto the ledge! Security personnel keep the area under surveillance. Remember, No smoking on the roof!

Items Prohibited at CEU The following items are prohibited: Weapons, ammunition, explosives, knives longer than 8 cm Alcohol, drugs Goods for sale (including food, drink) Those found in possession of prohibited items will be asked to leave, and disciplinary action will be taken.

Do not risk your life. Irresponsible behavior is prohibited.
