We recommend that members update their CPD at least every three months to maintain their reflective practice. If you need any help, please log on to the MyCPD Help tab where you will find guidance on the Development Plan and reflective statements. If you need any additional help, please do not hesitate to contact us on membership@iosh.co.uk You do not need to let us know that you are updating your CPD or give us any reasons why you haven’t been able to keep it current.

Advice on becoming compliant

Activities that are CPD“There are many ways in which members can write up the activities that they undertake, and there is a great deal of difference of opinion in what should and should not be included.” IOSH say it is: Anything you undertake to update or maintain your knowledge, skills and expertise. Activities work towards goals set out in the development plan. Activities are not limited to training courses. Can be voluntary activities. Activities don’t have to be health and safety related. IOSH require a minimum of SIX (6) activities per year .
