Skin to skin contact stimulates the brain through A-Afferent Tactile Nerve Stimulation

Kangaroo Care stimulates the brain through an entirely separate set of nerves that are only responsive to PLEASING TOUCH, and non-phasic stimulation of the chest stimulates the C-AFFERENT nerves.Slide5
