Tournament Dates:

2018 TBD (In 2017, dates were August 12-18

)

Players must be eligible to play at the 12U level during the

2018

baseball season and may not turn age 13 before May 1,

2018

Minimum Roster: 11 players and 2 coaches

Each team supplies one approved umpire (umpire stays free)

All-inclusive cost: $995 per player/coach

Per Team Includes

Team Selection Process

Tryouts for all interested DYBSA eligible* players will occur on

Wednesday, September 6th,

6:00-7:30 pm, TAC gym or Field

Outside evaluators will be used to evaluate hitting, pitching, infield, outfield

Once tryouts have concluded, players will be contacted and invited to participate on the team on or before

Tuesday, September 12th

Family financial commitment is due

by the end of September to

secure your son’s roster spot on the team

Identification of coaches will occur after the team has been selected

* Tryout is for current 11U Players. Players may not be older than 12 years old as of May 1,

By October 1, $500 down payment to secure/commit to spot on team (non-refundable if player drops out)

PENDING FUNDRASING RESULTS: By February 15

th

, additional $500 second payment ($1000 total per player) to ensure adequate funds for fees due on March 1 (non-refundable if player drops out)

Players will be reimbursed appropriately from fundraising balance after final individual/team costs are settled

Goal is for

players/families

to be reimbursed entirely,

but
