We have to implement a retrigger of MKBH GTO stack!
Proposed solution:
Used the second current pickup on GTO stack
snubber
circuit.
Inject this signal through passive
electronique
into the PTU, in parallel with retrigger line.
Definitive solution to be designed and tested in JU1 test bench…

Other MKBH (1-2 ?) could be triggered at the same time = We loose up to 3 MKBH !
We are trying to reproduce the problem on the JU1 test bench.
We see already that the top part of the generator jump by ~70V when pulsing at 6.5
TeV
.
Coupling to other generators is not yet understood, under investigation…
Decision to perform changes on the retrigger lines during EYETS to be evaluated, depending on what
we find…
